At Harrogate Nova, we believe in nurturing talent from the grassroots up. Our Junior Pathway is designed to take riders on a clear, supported journey from local club level all the way to the professional ranks. Young cyclists can grow within a club environment that values development, camaraderie, and fun. As riders progress, they may be invited to join the Harrogate Nova Race Team - a dedicated junior squad competing in national and international events, including British Junior Nationals and elite UCI 2.1 stage races across Europe.

We provide structured coaching, physiological testing, and one-to-one mentorship to help each rider unlock their full potential. With the backing of world-class sponsors, expert support, and strong connections to professional development teams, Nova offers a genuine springboard to a career in cycling.

We’re on the lookout for our 2027 riders

Harrogate Nova is now scouting for talented, committed junior riders to join our team for the 2027 season. If you're aiming to compete at the sharp end of national races, push your limits in UCI events across Europe, and develop within a high-performance, rider-first environment - this is your opportunity.

We’re looking for juniors who can already prove, or have the potential to finish, in the top 10 at British National races. More importantly, we’re looking for riders with the attitude, drive, and dedication to go further.
